MUSIC is a favourite and popular choice of garlic fans across Canada. Brought to Canada in the early 1980’s from Italy by Canadian grower Al Music. This variety is well known for its medium heat, rich flavour and bright white glossy wrappers. Music tolerates a wide variety of soil types and is very hardy. White wrappers with just a blush of pink, this garlic has large bulbs and cloves that are easy to peel.
Average number of cloves per bulb: 4-6
Growing from Bulbils takes 3 to 4 years to maturity
Under the right conditions, storing for up to 6-8 months.
